Texts by Doris Kareva, Tõnu Õnnepalu, Jaan Kaplinski, Juhan Viiding, Aleksander Suuman, and other authors will be featured, alongside Oleg Pissarenko's recent compositions, performed by the artist on guitar and a soft-toned piano.
Guido Kangur is an actor with the Estonian Drama Theatre and a long-time promoter of jazz music. As an actor, Guido has won the hearts of Estonian audiences through countless theater roles, his unique charisma, and his distinctively resonant and compelling voice. He has received numerous accolades for his creative work, including the Order of the White Star, 4th Class, and the Cultural Award of the Republic of Estonia.
Oleg Pissarenko is an Estonian musician, composer, and long-time promoter of jazz, whose search for musical truth has led him to a minimalist soundscape, expressed through guitar and piano performances. Pissarenko has received numerous accolades for his creative work, including the title of Musician of the Year by ERR and the Order of the White Star, 5th Class.
The two men are brought together by their passion for jazz and exploration of profound themes.
